Juvenile CourtFamily courts have become essential to the way district courts resolve domestic and juvenile legal issues. In collaboration with the court community, family court judges and family court staff endeavor to efficiently process each case toward resolution by applying best practices in case management principles, such as assignment of one judge to one family for all issues before the court, continuous calendaring and limiting continuances. As a result, family courts are able to offer families more timely, consistent and thoughtful outcomes to their legal issues.
