The Children’s Alliance and NC Child invites you to come celebrate a huge victory for children in our state. It’s been a long time coming but your hard work has paid off: North Carolina is no longer the only state that automatically prosecutes all 16- and 17- year olds as adults. Raise the age is now a reality for North Carolina kids! Come celebrate this big-time policy win. The food and drinks will be on us!

Please plan on dropping in sometime between 5:30-7:30 PM. We will have a short celebration program beginning around 6pm. Visit ncchild.salsalabs.org/charlotteraisetheage to let us know you are coming so we can ensure that we have enough to drink and eat.
